The "Teamspace" feature in Catena revolutionizes workshop organization and collaboration by providing users with a structured and collaborative workspace. Teamspace acts as folders to organize workshops, allowing users to categorize content based on clients, use cases, or any other relevant criteria. With Teamspace, users can streamline their workflow, improve team collaboration, and enhance productivity.

Key Functions:

1. Organize Workshops Efficiently:
   • Teamspace allows users to create folders to organize their workshops based on different criteria such as clients, projects, or use cases. This ensures that workshop content is neatly organized and easily accessible.
2. Collaborate with Team Members:
   • Users can invite team members to collaborate on workshops within Teamspace. Collaboration features include real-time editing, animation, and sharing of resources, enabling seamless teamwork and communication.
3. Easy Invitation Process:
   • Creating a Teamspace is simple and straightforward. Users can click on the settings button and enter the email addresses of their team members.
     • If team members are already Catena users, they will automatically join the Teamspace once they connect to Catena.
     • If team members are not Catena users, they will receive an email inviting them to join the Teamspace and sign up for Catena.
4. Centralized Workspace:
   • Teamspace serves as a centralized workspace where team members can access and collaborate on workshops. This eliminates the need for multiple tools or platforms, streamlining the collaboration process.

How to Use Teamspace:

Using Teamspace in Catena is simple and intuitive:

1. Create a Teamspace:
   • Navigate to the Teamspace section (or sidebar menu) in Catena and click on the "New Team" button.
   • Give your Teamspace a name and optionally add a description (coming soon) to provide context for your team members.
2. Invite Team Members:
   • Click on the settings button within the Teamspace and enter the email addresses of your team members.
     • Team members who are already Catena users will automatically join the Teamspace once they connect to Catena.
     • For team members who are not Catena users, they will receive an email inviting them to join the Teamspace and sign up for Catena.
3. Collaborate on Workshops:
   • Invite team members to collaborate on workshops within the Teamspace.
   • Team members can access, edit, comment, and share workshop content in real-time, fostering seamless collaboration and communication.
