Congratulations on creating your workshop with Catena! In this guide, we'll walk you through how to effectively perform your workshop using the Catena platform, synchronized across multiple devices. You'll use the Cockpit, Live Event on a computer with a video projector, and the smartphone remote control, all working seamlessly together to ensure a smooth and engaging workshop experience.

Preparation : Set Up Your Devices (optional)

If you want to use more than One device, please follow this instructions :

  1. Make sure you have three key devices ready: a computer with the Catena platform (for the Cockpit and Live Event), a video projector, and a smartphone for the Remote control.
  2. Ensure that all devices are connected to the internet and logged into your Catena account.

Step 1: Pre-Workshop Preparation

  1. Access your workshop on your computer by logging into Catena and selecting your workshop from the dashboard.

Step 2: Use the Cockpit

  1. From the Catena dashboard, open your workshop and access the Cockpit on your computer. This is your central control panel for managing the workshop.
  2. You'll see the workshop timeline, the current sequence, and a countdown timer if the sequence has a predefined duration.
  3. Use the control center to navigate to the next or previous sequence, and monitor the current sequence's duration. It helps you stay on track.

Step 2b: Set Up Live Event with a Projector

  1. Now, set up the Live Event view on your computer, which will be projected on the screen for all attendees to see.
  2. On your computer, click on "Live Event" within the Catena Cockpit.
