What’s new?

Now that you have the ability to set up Teams (or folders) for your workshop, how about inviting your teammates to join you in collaborating?

You can use your Teamspace to organize workshops similar to folders, or you can transform them into actual teams where team members can work together on workshops.

• Edition : All team members have the ability to edit workshops by adding, removing, or rearranging sequences. They can also share meeting. However, they are not allowed to delete or move a workshop.
• Animation : Any member of the team is able to lead and oversee a workshop.

How does it work?

When you create a Teamspace, simply click on the settings button at the top and enter the email addresses of your team members.

• If they are already Catena users, they will automatically join your team once they connect to Catena.
• If they are not Catena users, they will receive an email inviting them to join your team and sign up.
